Sharpe Music are delighted to announce the release of David James’ latest radio single, “Ramblin’ Man”, taken from his 2026 album The Waltz Of Life.
Originally made famous by the legendary Big Tom, “Ramblin’ Man” has long been a favourite with Irish Country audiences and has become one of the highlights of David’s performances.
The live recording was captured during David’s first headline concert at the Millennium Forum, Derry, one of Ireland’s biggest theatres. The milestone concert also marked one year since the launch of David’s own band, making the occasion an especially memorable one.
“It’s always gone down a storm at our shows, and after the response it received on Glór Tíre last year, I knew people would love a live version. It’s my first live recording, and to capture it on one of Ireland’s largest theatre stages at the Millennium Forum in Derry made it really special.”
The Waltz Of Life is David James’ second studio album and features 13 tracks, including a special duet with Daniel O’Donnell.
